Okay, we know that mixed berries in a smoothie are always a winner, but this season, put a little something different in your blender. Pomegranates are one of the best fruits to throw into your breakfast smoothie, as they help to lower blood pressure and reduce the damage caused by free radicals to the skin. Eat up!
