Hey everyone! This personal trainer post is about an exercise I recently discovered called clockwork lunges. Every person I know considers some part of their legs, be it inner thighs, outer thighs, or butt one of their trouble spots. This workout hits every single one of those trouble zones, and it sure makes for some sore legs the next day.
Start out by doing 3 sets of what is described in the video for each leg with no weight. If you are more advanced, or as you improve, you can start doing it with a bar rested across your shoulders. Enjoy!
