1 Food for Life Ezekiel English Muffin 6-8 chopped hazelnuts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place english muffins on a cookie sheet. Spread cherry preserves on top of both halves of english muffin, top with thinly sliced pear and cheddar cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from heat and top with chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy! On the weight front.... I was slightly down which is at least heading in the right direction. I squeezed in 45 minutes of cardio and am going to be doing weights shortly. I am feeling a bit sluggish today so am diligently drinking my pitcher of lemon water. Water really is a miracle worker and I tell all my clients to drink, drink, drink water! You will be amazed of the benefits of drinking water as follow

I hope everyone is having a good day and are getting into the groove of the week. We are forging ahead with our second week of school and activities. Everyone is transitioning well and it looks like the kids will have activities every day of week. Whoops. I thought I was not going to over schedule them this year but they are really excited about the schedule so if they are happy, I am happy!
On the food front, I have an awesome sandwich melt to share with you that could really be eaten for breakfast or lunch or dinner for that matter. I made a delicious Pear, Cheddar and Hazelnut Melt that actually tasted like a piece of pie to me. Oh so good!
