So today I have the longest post title ever haha. First off, yayyyy its my 100th Post- which is just awesome. When I started this blog, I wasn't sure how long it would go on for so I'm pretty proud to make it to 100 posts! Second, Tina turned me onto Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins . Ever since I purchased them on Saturday, I have been unable to stop eating them! They are absolutely delicious and filling! If you have not tried them yet, you must! I can't wait to try the other flavors!!
Tonight for dinner I made a Southwestern egg wrap. I cooked up some egg beaters with hot sauce and a little chili powder. I removed the eggs into a bowl. Next, I sprayed a whole wheat tortilla with pam. I placed the tortilla sprayed side down onto the skillet. I then topped the tortilla with the eggs, Amy's organic salsa and low fat Mexican cheese. I served the tortilla with strawberries. It was a delicious dinner!
