I'm all about fruit salsas lately. Since I'm going more raw, I've been experimenting with different additions to my lettuce wraps and dressings for my salad. This one is exceptionally simple, quick and very delicious. Peach Papaya Salsa 1 Small Peach 6-8 Chunks of Papaya (1/2 inch chunks) 4-5 Grape Tomatoes 1/4 Red Onion 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil
Throw everything in a food processor or blender and go. I put mine on some lettuce wraps, and used it as a salad dressing. Now enjoy!
