Do you read labels? I want you to keep an eye out for one ingredient! When looking at any package, it's a very good idea to look for an ingredient with the words? partially hydrogenated ... oil? What does this mean? This product contains an unhealthy trans-fat and I recommend you steer clear! Trans-fats are now marked on Nutrition Facts Labels, but do know that if the content is less than .5g per serving the can mark 0g, so checking ingredients is a better way to assure you and your family are trans-fat free!
