A: Look at the orange mama laid.

orange cranberry muffin 2 OK, there is no marmalade in this recipe, but it’s still delicious!  Orange cranberry muffins! Fresh Cranberries alone are not too great in my opinion, but put them in a muffin, and somehow their juiciness explodes in your mouth and they are divine!  WHFoods states,

In much the same way as cranberries may help prevent bacterial attachment to the lining of the urinary tract, they may also help prevent attachment of bacteria to the stomach lining. There is already some preliminary evidence that cranberry may help protect us from stomach ulcer in this way.

Cranberries have a substantial amount of phytonutrients and vitamin C.  They are a great addition to a healthy diet.
