Another busy day for this girl, but I felt on top of it … I got a LOT accomplished and now I have time to chill out- love days like that!
I headed to the gym for a less-than-stellar HIIT. I wasn’t really feelin’ it this morning, not sure why. Luckily I still hit my “10″ at 9.4 mph, it was just a little bit harder today!

Unfortunately, photography slipped my mind as I rushed out the door to the gym, but you can imagine my meals 1 +2… they weren’t that pretty anyway!
Meal #1 – Kashi Go Lean (1/2 c) + 0% chobani.
Meal # 2- Joseph’s low carb wrap w/ all natural turkey + LCL wedge + Annie’s honey mustard
Filled me up well… my classes weren’t terribly interesting today and it was f reezing on campus… but it was a good excuse to buy a new sweatshirt - I buy a new one every year! This year’s is black with turquoise blue lettering (University of Rhode Island) =)
For lunch, I headed over to The Daily Shake for an amazing smoothie + a free peach iced green tea!
(I drank most of the tea first, whoops!) This is banana cream pie again… I’m not ready to branch out yet!
I studied some exercise phys while waiting for my cousin Sam to meet me for some chat time. She and a couple friends stopped by and we talked for a bit and then I headed to my first meeting of Nutrition Club. It was a quick one, but it sounds like we have lots of fun stuff planned this year!!
I got home and made meal #4 in 2 parts…
1/2 a serving of Turkey Pepperoni
Plus 2 egg whites and some grapies…

I was definitely lacking in the veggie department today. I’ll load up on lots tomorrow!
Luckily, I got some in at dinner…
I made Janetha’s version of Basil Broccoli Couscous, to which I added 3 oz of pre cooked grilled chicken.
Awesome! I really loved it. I can’t wait for leftovers!
I did MORE work… see, told you I was productive!
And then I had meal #6… a delicious nectarine on top of some salty cottage cheese.
Mmm…

That’s all for today! 1 more day til the weekend + my FREE DAY !! Yay!
