Hopefully posting in here will help me pay more attention and not binge out. The problem is that I get really bored and spazzy at about 3:00pm and need something to do. I need a trampoline in my office.
Keep snacks around the office: yogurt, bananas, apples, cereal, crackers... anything that's easy to eat at your desk and is relatively healthy will help. Many of us struggle with eating when were board, so just remember to keep healthy things around OR as you suggested, get a trampoline :) Sounds like a great idea!
