Along with posting my workout for the day, this is also a place for me to post my water intake and morning weight...yes, I weigh myself every morning, it keeps me accountable!

Morning weight: 190.2
Water Intake: 64oz

Workout: Turbo Jam (20 Minutes) and Lower Body Jam (30 Minutes)
