It's great to know that doing simple things can have such a huge effect. I've also read that it's never too late to start with the changes. Even small changes later in life can have a huge impact on the quality and length of your life.

Its so easy to get sucked into believing that only big, drastic lifestyle changes will produce benefits. Problem is, those kinds of changes are difficult to stick with long term!

Try living 14 years longer.
