Now this sounds like a great New Year's resolution!

How are your New Year's resolutions shaping up as we are into the 2nd week of 2008?

How about adding one more?

Try living 14 years longer.

Doesn't sound bad, does it? Well, if the results of a recently published study are accurate you may be able to do just that.

It's great to know that doing simple things can have such a huge effect. I've also read that it's never too late to start with the changes. Even small changes later in life can have a huge impact on the quality and length of your life.

Its so easy to get sucked into believing that only big, drastic lifestyle changes will produce benefits. Problem is, those kinds of changes are difficult to stick with long term!

Yes, if you watch the Today Show you see all those great looking people over 100. They always attribute their long life to clean living!
I too agree with you Mary Ann! Changes are so essential for our lifes. Actually life is all about change.
