Oh my goodness, I feel SO much better today!!! I slept for about 10 hours last night and feel 110% refreshed.
This morning I had a quick breakfast before Church at 8:00, which was glorious as well. I made another “mess” with 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt (not greek—regular organic), 2/3rds cup cinnamon puffins, 2 tbsp Udi’s granola, 1 spoonful pb, 1 banana and a little raspberry preserves.

Although I like the thickness and creaminess (and protien-ness!) of greek yogurt a million times more, you can’t argue on how expensive it is!!!! I got this 4 cup tub of Stoneyfield Farm Plain Nonfat Yogurt for about two dollars cheaper than just a 2 cup tub of Oikos greek yogurt. Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford to eat nothing but billowy greek yogurt, but that time is not yet!
When I got home from Church I was feelin’ a little snacky, so I had a small wedge of pumpkin bread:

I’m always so hungry on Sundays for some reason!!!
Today’s plans include massive amounts of laundry, running errands, reading by the pool and going on a longer run this afternoon. I’m going to try for 5 miles later on, which will be a stretch since my shin has really been acting up in the past week more than usual. Hopefully some good stretching will help and ice after, of course.
Have a great morning—I’ll be back after lunch!
