It was much too hot and humid to bake tonight, but I still wanted a sweet treat after dinner. So, I got creative in the kitchen, and I came up with a quick and easy no-cook peanut butter cookie recipe. The recipe calls for only 4 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare start to finish. And, of course, no cooking is required! You gotta try this one!
Makes 8 cookies

1/4 cup agave nectar
