These lovely ladies took me to Boke Bowl for a belated birthday lunch. Thank you so much! We were too busy chatting to take any pictures of the food but it was fabulous and the company was even better. I love these ladies, they are not only fellow foodies but amazing women and I always leave feeling inspired and lucky to have such good friends. So during lunch, among the many things that we were talking about, the subject of what I do as a Holistic Health Coach came up and Tammy said that I am a "Food Therapist" because I provide a safe place for women to discuss all their issues with food and body image. That really struck a cord with me and I love being "Food Therapist!" We all have our issues regardless of what size we may or may not be it is very therapeutic to talk about them in a safe place where you know that you are not being judged and instead, being understood. I came away from lunch so inspired and have a few plans up my sleeve on how to bring women together for a "Food Therapy" session. Details are forthcoming. Now on to my newest obsession: Petunia's Peanut Butter Crispy Bars! I walked through the beautiful Rose Garden in Washington Park. Soaked in the sun and felt truly blessed.

I have been remiss with my blogging and plan to get "back on track" not only with blogging but with all sorts of things. We had a wonderful visit with my in-laws and now we are getting ready to send the kids off to camp! I am not sure what I am going to do with myself without both kids at home : (
Actually, I have SO much to do and hope to keep busy while they are gone.
I allowed myself one more day of partying today by going out to lunch with two of my favorite people
