When I introduce a healthy, new product to my own children, who are whole wheat averse, and achieve a thumbs-up, I like to share the good news with other moms. After all, finding products that are appealling to the whole family makes preparing lunch a pleasant experience for all.
My newest discovery is:
Arnold Select™ Sandwich Thins. Along the lines of a thin Panini type bread, this is a welcome cross between a roll (too thick) and bread (boring). Round in shape, but flat is 100/% whole wheat product provides a robust 5 grams of fiber per roll and fits hands nicely. Whether your kids like turkey, or peanut butter, this roll isn’t too filling, but holds fillings well. And, with no saturated or trans fats, it is well worth trying.
