It’s a beautiful Saturday here in Utah. Time to get our garden started! My blackberry bushes are going to be awesome this year! I can’t wait!

And lastly, because I think the menu posts are completely dull, I’m going to try and come up with some healthy tips, that aren’t really cool enough for a post of their own:
When making soups or stews where the liquid absorbs the fat, prepare the soup in advance, refrigerate it, and then easily remove the fat that has separated and hardened at the top of your soup.
