Hey peeps! I am not claiming that these are the best chocolate chip cookies in the world, but they are worth 15 minutes on a weekend afternoon if you have the time:
This recipe is based off of Averie’s Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ball recipe . Makes roughly 6 cookies (depending of how much of the dough you eat before they make it to the dehydrator)
2/3 c cashew flour
1/3 c oat flour
1/3 c shredded coconut
1/4 c mix of agave & maple syrup to taste (I use 1/2 agave & 1/2 maple syrup)
2 T coconut oil
splash of vanilla
pinch of salt
1/3 c raw chocolate chips or organic dark chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients with wooden spoon. Mix in wet ingredients and chocolate chips until well combined. Drop onto dehydrator trays & dehydrate at 105 for 18-24 hours.
Enjoy this simple recipe straight from the bowl or once dehydrated.
