"Natural" Creams, Lotions or Cosmetics: Have Any Harmed You?

Posted Sep 19 2008 5:19pm

Have you been harmed or injured by so-called natural face creams, cosmetics, lotions or other allegedly natural products you innocently bought and used?

Did you break out in a rash? Did you get the itches? Or did you become feverish? Did it happen over time or immediately? What did you do? (For example, certain sunscreens laced with "natural" additives requiring preservatives are known to raise welts on user's skin over a period of time.)

If you're one of those poor afflicted souls, my colleague Wendy Wolfson wants to know ASAP -- by Mon., Sept. 22 for an article she's writing for a national magazine.

Please briefly tell her your story in a paragraph, and add contact phone and email so she can get back in touch with you. E-mail her and please cc me too, because I want to hear your tragic tale, too. (And I'd like to know that this request is getting her the people I promised her!)

Thanks for helping Wendy.
