Hi, my name is Sarah and I started this group in hopes that it will become a place where people can post their weight success and failures without being judged. This is a safe enviornment where we can help each other achieve our goals, but first we must admit our weight and express our hopes!
So, I am 5'9" and had my second baby 4 months ago. Right now I am 184 pounds and would love to be 160 pounds by Christmas. I am a size 12 currently and want to be a size 8. I plan to achieve this by exercizing a little bit each day (which is hard to do with 2 kids under 2 years old so the workout may just be walking in some cases) and primarily eating less...cutting my portions and replacing sugary stuff with healthy stuff! I'll post as much as possible with any weight differences or items I have eaten in a given day. Today I have eaten:
2 cups coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
1 PB&J sandwhich on wheat bread
it is now 3:40pm so I will probably eat a few carrots and then dinner in a couple hours. So far I have noticed I need to eat more items, but keep them healthy choices. I am also nursing so I need to drink more water!
