I might suggest the same strategy I have (as a male, for prostate cancer prevention), picking 5 or 6 of the most potent cancer fighters that are most convenient for you (very easy if you do daily smoothies), and bring into your diet every day, and over time, you'll be consuming them without thinking twice about it.
If one does daily smoothies, many cancer fighting foods such as watermelon and pink grapefruit can be diced up and frozen in freezer bags, and added to smoothies to give them a delicious "frothy" taste, and also mask the taste of other cancer fighters that can be added straight to the smoothie, like broccoli.

Other foods that aid in Breast Cancer Prevention : watermelon, Figs, onions, chili peppers, blueberries, apricot seeds, Apple cores/apple seeds, guavas, Shiitake Mushrooms, Maitake Mushroom, plain "Button Mushrooms" , Pink grapefruit, Brazil Nuts, asparagus, omega-3 rich fatty fish such as salmon, apricots (fresh and dried), ginger, dried parsley and basil, persimmons ……..AVOID CONVENTIONAL DAIRY!!!
