I am sure she has had numerous tests done. However, has she had her Vitamin D levels checked? Vitamin D helps with the absorption of Calcium. The test is the 25 0HD test. Vitamin D is severly deficient in much of the northern latitude populations and can contribute to high Calcium levels
Additionally, have them do a double check on her parathyroid if they have not already. This modulates calcium absorption as well.
