It is complete. Sometime yesterday evening (my official one day mark), I did not crave junk food anymore and began eating again with an egg white and green pepper. It was good and I've stuck to my diet since then, so hopefully I can burn off all of the crap I ate during Superbowl weekend.
I rather enjoyed the fasting itself though. I felt more controlled and calm, because when it comes to food, there's no stopping me normally. So it felt nice to be able to feel like an average human being for once, rather than some grotesque monster with a neverending stomach.
