My Comfort Food

It's winter, and this is very comforting.
Homemade Chicken Soup With Rice
recipe:
garlic,onion,carrot celery sauteed in olive oil
add 6 cups stock - bring to a boil
add 2 chicken breasts, simmer for 10 minutes
take out and dice
crushed black pepper, fresh flat leaf parsley/chopped
basmati rice
sometimes I add shredded zuchini or make it with wide egg noodles
