My 24-year-old son-in-law is always hungry, eating constantly but doesn't gain wait. Could this be a thyroid problem?

We are concerned he may have an underlying health problem.  He seems healthy in every other way.  Could he possibly have a thryroid issue?

He could have an underlying health issue and he may also just have a very fast metabolism.  The best thing would be to get him a full blood panel workup by a qualified health professional.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  I would be happy to help.
