Mow Lawns to Lose Weight

You gotta hand it to Minnesota resident Darrell Nelson for coming up with a creative, workable diet. According to KTVO-TV in St. Paul, the property inspector is now mowing lawns for free -- about eight a week -- so he can start shedding excess weight.

Evidently, all that mowing -- combined with skipping the soda and fast food -- has helped him to peel off 23 pounds so far. He's hoping to get down to 208 by the end of mowing season -- that means he'll lose 50 pounds.
