Mother's Day Brunch Part 3 - Cinnamon Sweet Potato Dippers

This recipe is so easy and delicious there is no reason not to make it! It is a great side dish for breakfast since it is a sweet take on baked potatoes. The BF and I love it! Just take Sweet Potatoes and cut them into 1/4 - 1/2 inch chunks. Place them on a baking sheet, and spray with an olive oil or similar spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon and agave nectar. Bake at 400* for about 40 mins. Flip after 20 mins of baking. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
