I decided that it might be fun to take pictures of more of my food than just dinner. So, without further ado, here is my day, starting with lunch and minus a string cheese that I ate when I got home and was starving.
I bought this new product, Jodhpur Lentils the other day at Whole Foods.

I have had these boxed Indian meals before, but not this kind. I wasn’t very impressed. It was watery; almost like it was a soup and not very flavorful. I ate the lentils with some edamame.
Looks like soup to me.
I was not satisfied at all after this lunch. I wanted something sweet. Badly. So I may or may not have found scrounged around the office and might or might not have found this.
Around 4, I felt a little peckish, so had half a yellow pepper with some homeade hummus. Looks like cottage cheese, but it’s not. The hummus is good, but it just doesn’t taste better than Sabra. How do they get Sabra hummus to be so creamy and delicious?
I kind of thought about running outside when I got home, but then the hungries and tireds set in and I made dinner instead. Making a second repeat appearance, the veggie chili! Woo hoo. I topped with cottage cheese since cottage cheese makes everything better. We also used 15 oz of salsa instead of the tomato sauce and put some jalapenos in. The cottage cheese did a good job of cooling it off. Both Jason and I had runny noses after eating this.
