A couple months ago I walked into Costco and didn’t make it past the first aisle for a good 10 minutes.
There was a demonstration going on right inside the entryway, and I became instantly mesmerized by it. A man was in the middle of filling a bottle with water, and when it was full he screwed it into a little contraption about the height of a coffee maker. After pressing a button which made blasts of bubbles shoot into the water, he added lemon-lime flavored syrup and handed me a cup full of the fizzy product.
It was fresh soda pop! Made right in front of my eyes!
Ben had to drag me away. Like, literally. I had downed my cup and kind of wanted more…
Babe! Why didn’t you get a cup? I hissed as we finally walked away.
I didn’t feel like it! He replied.
Ok, but what about THE CODE!?
The Costco Code requires both parties to pick up a sample, even if you don’t want it, so the other person can have two.

I’ve had my SodaStream for a couple weeks now and it’s been so much fun playing around with how carbonated I want my water – fizzy or FIZZY!!! – and how strongly flavored I make my drink by playing around with the amount of flavored syrup in the mix.
