It was a “B” day Monday at school today which means a long day. 4th period was good though because I had a crazy sub. We’ll this morning I think I discovered one of the best oatmeal’s I have ever made. (Instant oats, banana, almond butter, almonds, granola, raisins, and almond breeze… mmm)

Break: Oatmeal
Snack: SOY JOY
Lunch:Bean Chicken Salad, Apple sauce
Snack: Yogurt w/ Graham Cracker
Dinner: Chicken Tomatoe Quesidilla w/ Grapes
Workout: I ran 4.1 miles today, and did part 1 of the biggest loser workout DVD
