TOM is here and I'm doing my best not to be miserable. I'm again retaining water like a camel. But I'm doing well on fighting the cravings this time. I haven't cheated and I'm getting in more water.
I'm happy to announce that I walked 3.25 miles on the treadmill today! So I'm finally making progress there. I also burned 388 calories. If I walk at a steady pace, and my legs don't cave, I think I could walk the 6 miles in around 2 1/2 hours. I have just over a month now before my March Of Dimes Walk.
