During the summer I like to eat lots of fresh salads and I'm always experimenting with new combinations of ingredients. One of my favorites starts with tossing spinach, slivered almonds, strawberries, kiwi, and mango together. I like to make it a meal by adding some grilled chicken strips and Monterey Jack cheese. You can even make the whole thing into a wrap with flatbread for a healthy meal on the go.
