I’ve written about maca before, but I decided to do a video about it too because it’s so awesome. I’m going to do a follow-up video in about a month and discuss serving sizes and the benefits I get after being consistent with consuming a higher amount.

I came here feeling really great, and after a few days I really want my regular routine back—it’s so much harder to eat and drink the way I want to here. But my goal is to knock off the vacation lifestyle mode today. I’ve been out with friends, in with family, and not actually sleeping a whole lot… I get to have time with Matthew today and Thurs/Fri, and I have a few friend things scheduled before I go back to the beach next Monday.
When you travel, do you keep up your healthy lifestyle?I want to, but it’s harder to be active when it’s so darn cold outside, and I like to splurge a little when I’m being social with friends!
