
Good Afternoon! Yah! It is officially the start of the weekend for me! We had a great Baby Boot Camp this morning with all the regular crew + a newbie, always a fun group. The personal training session went well and I am truly blessed, I have the nicest clients and I enjoy going to work every morning.
I also got a great run in this morning. There is nothing like a good sweaty run with inspiring, fun music to work out to. I am planning on getting a chance to watch the P90X series this afternoon and weekend but am a little whipped at the moment.
I was HUNGRY for lunch, but in typical Abby mode... could not decide what to have so made a little smorgasboard of food. I really wanted a Banana Crunch Wrap but also wanted to pump up my protein count so decided to make my Greek Yogurt Berry Crunch Cup along with a mini version of the Banana Crunch Wrap! This was an awesome lunch, you could obviously eat this for breakfast, as well as, for a snack.
Mini Banana Crunch Wrap 1 Small La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Tortilla- 50 calories
1/2 a banana sliced- 50 calories
1/2 tablespoon Naturally More Peanut Butter 50 calories
1/2 tablespoon sliverd almonds- 25 calories
175 calories (approximately)
Greek Yogurt Crunch Cup 1/2 cup Fage 2% Greek Yogurt- 60 calories
1/2 banana sliced- 50 calories
Raspberries & Blackberries- 25 calories
1/2 cup of Puffin's Original Cereal- 50 calories
185 calories (approximately)
I loved this lunch! I had an extra little handful of Puffin's Cereal so need to count those calories as well... let's just say an additional 30 calories..
There has already been a request to go to Yogurt Planet after Kumon (math enrichment class) this afternoon. I think I can handle that. I love Fro Yo and am already looking forward to our afternoon treat!
