Me Monday

Ok, its time ladies-- we took a small break last monday for the giveaway announcing-- but get back on the bandwagon and let everyone know how you are doing!
What were your highs and lows this week?
Any great tips?
{I'll go first}
I was in Yellowstone (again) all week and was pretty worried about my return to home and the scale. I didn't keep my best eating habits, and overindulged on diet coke~ however we did LOTS of hiking, walking and active stuff.
SO-- life was ok when I got home. I didn't gain any weight- but I couldn't help but think of what might have been if I ate better... I could have lost el bees ;)
