I use to be very carb conscious and would only eat whole wheat, whole grain, etc. Two months ago I started working at an Italian restaurant where I can not only feast on brownies when there is no one to seat, but can also eat one free meal per shift. Since I'm a vegetarian, chicken with vegetables is out, and I ALWAYS get (non wheat) pasta with vodka (tomato cream sauce).
Am seriously getting larger. Need to cut back don't tastes tooooooo good to stop!
