I hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Mine has been really wonderful. I went to a fantatsic gig and danced my heart out, saw MJ's
This Is It and laughed and laughed and laughed (and laughed) with my best friend Emily over silly jokes before and after (I rarely can leave that woman without an aching belly, bless her), got some computer work done, saw some clients and enjoyed the sunshine. I'm heading out for a walk later and then having an early night so I'll be ready for another week of early morning yoga - yay!

Eating Animals, I am still just as much a fan, if not more so. I haven't read the book yet myself, but in this article alone, Natalie reflects on some very hard-hitting, thought-provoking messages presented in the book, and it's enough to remind me why I make the choices I do. I really recommend you chekc out
this article here. Even if you want to be a carnivorous fast food junkie for the rest of your years, then do so with full awareness, consciousness and knowledge.
