LUNCH: (1) 1/2 bagel (preferably whole wheat) with 1 tablespoon of Philadelphia Light cream cheese - 125 calorie. (2) One cup of Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice with 2 ounce ground turkey and 1/2 cup steam or cooked carrots - 200 calories. (lunch notes: (a) make at home the night before. (b) brown 4 ounce of ground turkey. (c) cook or steam 1 cup of carrots. (d) warm 1 can of 10 3/4 cup ounce of Healthy Choice. (e) add turkey and vegetables and put in plastic container, refrigerate and take to work the next day. (f) Use half of contents for lunch and the other half for mid afternoon snack). (3) Sliced orange or favorite fruit - 50 calorie. (4) Water (2 cup). MID AFTERNOON SNACK: (1) From lunch menu - Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice with 2 ounce ground turkey and 1/2 cup steam or cooked carrots - 200 calorie. (2) Water (1 cup). DINNER: (1) Beef Stroganoff? 300 calorie Recipe as follows: (a) Brown 1 pound of extra lean ground beef with 1/2 chipped onions. (b) Cook 6 ounces of egg noodles. (c) In medium pot stir in (c1) 10 3/4 ounce can of reduce fat mushroom soup (c2) 1 cup of non fat sour cream (c3) 1 ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (c4) cooked noodles (d) Heat for 8 minutes or until warm. Stir frequently. 1/2 cup steamed or cooked green peas - 110 calories Slice melons (1 cup) - 50 calorie. (2) Water (1 cup)
