Low Calorie Breakfast Ideas

Posted Apr 07 2010 4:29pm
Well fellow foodies...I'm off to go on another camping trip starting tomorrow in Savannah, GA.  I can't wait!  I hope everyone has a great weekend and I leave you with this series.

This started out as "Low Calorie Breakfast Ideas, a Little Sweeter", but then I came across an egg bake that reminded me a lot of my baked steel cut oats  only savory and a lot lighter.  I tried it out and it was amazing!  I hope you like the other two as well.  The second one was tasty but it didn't keep me full for very long (I know a lot of people don't like the cottage cheese texture) and the last one was my favorite sweet/light/filling breakfast yet!
