If it does, it is not 100% whole grain/wheat. Also, do not buy foods which have the ingredient "partially-hydrogenated" in it. This indicates there are trans fats in the food. Trans fats have been linked to heart disease.
Thanks for the great advice! It's hard to know what to look for because companies label their products so it seems healthy. Is it better to buy whole grain or whole wheat?
