I love how each Lesson guides you through your own personal habits that have created an unhealthy situation for you. Then you are referred back to Dr A’s HOH to specific chapters that give you insights and answers. It’s like having a personal journal. My clients find it very “eye opening” when they start to realize the simple changes and choices that can make a big difference in their health.
Both books are very well written and easy to read. Buying them both is really the best way to go. I can’t even begin to recommend these two books highly enough. Do yourself a favor and order them.
