Let my trainer be your trainer! This past weekend, I asked my personal trainer — his last name really is Trainor… SO CRAZY — to create a basic strength training workout that would be good for beginners (as well as more advanced folks). He happily obliged and even offered to star in it.
This workout consists of four sections:
Kettlebell circuit
Total body circuit
Abs circuit
Short cardio interval
You can do each section on its own or combine them to create a 45-60 minute workout. You can perform the moves as a circuit, meaning you do a set of each move only once before repeating all of them, or you can do all the sets at once.
Also, if you’re in the Detroit area and are looking for a trainer, email me and I’ll get you Ryan’s info!
