Less Caffeine is Good for You

I recently was confronted with the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, such as bloating, intestinal cramping, irregular stool and a general gastrointestinal discomfort, hence the name IBS. A little online research saved me a trip to the doctor and led me to suspect either dairy or caffeine as the culprit. Either I was lactose intolerant or my diet was inducing IBS. Sure enough, cutting out coffee, my caffeine crutch, solved the symptoms of IBS instantly and they have only returned when I have forgotten that I don't take well to caffeine. My lifestyle hasn't suffered a bit because I can still enjoy herbal tea and decaf lattes to my heart's content.
