making veggie burgers…totally unlike me as I really enjoy the real deal but I had some leftover lentils in the freezer and just took it from there. I accidentally made it into hummus. So I added more beans. Then I added brown rice. Then it was just right, though crumbly. And good! (Lentils + 1 egg + celery + onion + white beans + brown rice + spices)

traveling to Wisconsin and Minnesota for The Great Baby Tour II and to visit my family (twice in two weeks!). I also got to see our godson again (I’m majorly obsessed) and have dinner with the girls at Tilia .
enjoying my Dad’s garden each time I go home. I went and picked vegetables for about an hour last time I visited. Three words: hot, bugs, jealous.
