![]() Continuing with ourMy Favorite Thingsseries,Kath YoungerofKath Eats Real Foodrecently shared with us some of her kitchen picks: OXO Salad Spinner- How else would I make collard greens? It's a lifesaver. MyBodum French Press- I converted to French press by accident. We broke one too many coffee pots and started using the French press Karen gave us by default. I fell in love! Coffee is thicker and delicious. We just need a bigger one now so we can serve two at once! OurStick Blender- Love it for pureeing root vegetables. I am a huge fan of thick soups, but I do not like cleaning the blender! The stick blender solves this problem. Silicon Spoonulas- for scooping oatmeal out of the pot! Williams-Sonoma Balsamic Vinegar- It's $20 a bottle, but it's thick, syrupy and sweet. It makes the perfect salad dressing or veggie finisher. And it takes us about 6 months to use up a bottle, so consider it the same value as the two $10 glasses of wine you can down in one night! MyCrockpot- Oh wait, I don't have one yet :( But when I do, it will be life changing, I am sure! |
