Dressed with Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, a splash of Olive Oil and a dusting of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper.
Preparation: Place kale in a large bowl and sprinkle it with a little sea salt. Give the Kale a massage, really working the leaves until they become tender and bright green. Dress the salad with vinegar and oil and give it a quick toss. Plate the greens and top with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Golden Berries. Sit down and enjoy!
