Dressed with Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, a splash of Olive Oil and a dusting of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper. Preparation: Place kale in a large bowl and sprinkle it with a little sea salt. Give the Kale a massage, really working the leaves until they become tender and bright green. Dress the salad with vinegar and oil and give it a quick toss. Plate the greens and top with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Golden Berries. Sit down and enjoy! This salad is also super filling! Honestly, this song made me run harder, rock the stairs and muscle through the push-ups. I also made a fantastic salad that I have been meaning to share with you for some time. You really can't go wrong with Kale, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Golden Berries! This salad is loaded with superfoods and the contrast of the Tart Golden Berries with the taste of the Roasted Brussels Sprouts makes it "oh so yummy."
