Just a suggestion to one of your 'askers' who was having trouble losing weight even though they work out (through dance) and eat

I wanted to post this right away because dviouskitten is absolutely right. I meant to mention something about that in my response. Sleep is crucial for so many different aspects of lifewhy not make it a priority?

Call me lame (you won’t be the first)but I’ve said “no” to social engagements because it would interfere too much with my sleep schedule. And you know what? I never regret it.
