Juice Fast - No Juicer

So I want to start a 3 day juice fast tomorrow but I'm afraid I have no juicer...and even if I did I have no money to buy loads of organic fruits anyway.   Is there an alternative juice you recommend, would Naked brand be okay?  I know it's not fresh but at least it's pure juice, nothing added.  Thanks for any advice.
