Went out to lunch today to Leo's. I thought I did pretty well, I had chicken kebab with green peppers, onions, tomatos and a little bit of the rice. I wasn't sure about the points, but guessed over, rather do that than under guess.

I still need to work on getting in all my oils and milks, that's always been a struggle for me.

I didn't exercise yesterday, I had a rough night with Aiden the night before.
