Today's smoothie was a Coconut Cherry Chia Smoothie and it was absolute delicious.
Coconut Cherry Chia Smoothie
1 cup coconut water 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen cherries 1 tbsp Navitas Naturals Sprouted Chia Powder 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I used Sunwarrior Vaniila Protein Powder) 1 cup fresh spinach Garnish with Hemp Seeds
Combine above ingredients in Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with Hemp Seed.
